“ We had fried Green Chile Strips and the hamburger was amazing. Will definitely be eating here again. ”
“ If you're a green chile lover you've gotta try their green chile burger!! We have ate a bunch of green chile burgers here but this one tops them all! ”
“ In Ruidoso for golf, and this was one of the few places open early enough for breakfast. Fast and good food. ”
“ Beast breakfast in Ruidoso. Love the red and green sauce. Migas, Southwest Hash, Hugo's Rancheros and green chile cheeseburgers!!!! ”
“ A MUST have when we visit Ruidoso! The Huevos Rancheros with red and green sauce (Christmas tree) is my favorite meal ANYWHERE! ”
“ We travel in our camper all around the New mexico Arizona and Colorado area with our boy Ted. Ted is a poodle shitzu mutt and is currently 6 years old. While traveling with Ted we automatically know that we can't go to alot of places and we agree that he's worth the concessions. We do however always check for DOG FRIENDLY patio restaurants that we can enjoy a meal and or drink at. Usually, we strike out and eat in the truck! Any dog lovers empathize? Lincoln County grill surprised us with a small dog patio with 4 covered picnic tables and even had a bowl of water for the furry customers! We got to enjoy a cheeseburger meal with a beer while Ted relaxed under our table. Besides the dog patio, the fries stole the prize here. Crispy and delicious. If you're traveling with a fur kid , you can stop here for a bite and beer. ”
“ My quest for The Perfect Biscuit & Gravy in Ruidoso will continue, but I may have found the most unique version; Lincoln County Biscuit, something like a cinnamon roll, except filled with sausage and cheese and topped with green chilies. Two biscuits are plenty. I'll skip lunch today. Gravy comes on side, hot and plentiful. Also comes with a side of fried potatoes in case you need more carbs. While I liked the dish, the biscuits were a bit "thick." Perhaps the dough had not risen. Service was friendly, such as it was. Counter order and pick up. Tip accordingly. Atmosphere is sweltering inside, but this was my own fault since I could have easily seated myself outside and enjoyed the brisk fall weather. ”
